Initial diagnosis (symptom check & rough estimate) is free of charge. A separate diagnostic fee may apply only when opening the device or cleanroom work is required for detailed diagnosis; this will be communicated in advance.

| Definition of Successful Data Recovery |
Recovery outcomes are defined in the following 3 tiers and explained before work begins. ✅ Full Recovery Nearly all requested data has been recovered. Standard charges apply. ⚠️ Partial Recovery Some data has been recovered. Fees are determined individually based on the content and volume of recovered data; an estimated range will be provided at the time of quotation. ❌ Unrecoverable No data could be recovered. No data recovery fee will be charged (a diagnostic fee may apply only if precision diagnosis was performed; this will be communicated in advance). |

| Handling of Devices After Storage Deadline |
Important
If we are unable to reach you or the device is not collected within 1 month of the completion notice, we shall bear no further obligation to store the device. We will attempt to contact you again before disposal; however, if contact cannot be made, this may not be possible. |

Returns Policy, Cancellation Policy & Warranty
| Returns Policy (Act Article 15-3) |
As our service constitutes the provision of work (repair and data recovery), the following returns policy applies.
Completed Repairs We will provide free-of-charge remediation within the warranty period (30 days from job completion) only for recurrence of the identical symptom caused by our work. No other returns will be accepted. Parts & Consumables Returns are not accepted after installation. Data Recovery Media If a delivered storage medium is defective, returns or re-work will be accepted only if reported within 7 days of delivery. No other returns will be accepted. |

| Cancellation Policy |
Before Diagnosis Cancellation is free at any time.
After Diagnosis is Complete A diagnostic fee (communicated in advance) applies only if precision diagnosis was performed. If only initial diagnosis was conducted, cancellation is free. After Quote Approval / After Recovery is Complete Cancellations cannot be accepted. |
| Fee When Data Recovery Fails |
Fully Success-Based
If recovery is unsuccessful, no data recovery fee will be charged whatsoever. Only a diagnostic fee will be charged if precision diagnosis was performed (communicated in advance). |
| Repair Warranty |
30 days from the date of job completion (limited to the identical symptom at the identical location). If the same symptom recurs within the warranty period, we will perform a free re-repair.
Not covered by warranty: customer negligence, external damage, repair intervention by a third party, wear and tear of consumables over time |
| Refund Policy | If it is determined that repair cannot continue, the applicable repair fee will be refunded in accordance with the quoted conditions. Please see the Refund Policy page for details. |
| Right of Cancellation (Cooling-Off) | As our services are repair and recovery services requested and brought in by the customer, they are not subject to the cooling-off provisions of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Where services are requested via door-to-door sales, statutory cooling-off rights will apply as required by law. |
Disclaimers & Licenses
| Disclaimer | Repair and data recovery work cannot guarantee success depending on the condition of the device. We will explain the associated risks before commencing work and begin only after obtaining the customer’s consent. We cannot accept responsibility for secondary damages not attributable to our work. |

| Seller’s Liability for Non-Conforming Quality | If delivered repaired goods or recovered data do not conform to the contract (where attributable to our work), we will provide free re-repair or re-work within the warranty period (30 days from job completion). |
