PC Repair — Refund Policy
Applies to recurring symptoms and repair work within the warranty period
If the same symptom recurs within the warranty period and is determined to have been caused by a part we replaced or the same repair work we performed, we will carry out a free re-repair in accordance with our warranty terms.
The timeframe and completion time for the free re-repair may vary depending on parts availability, technical complexity, and the nature of the fault.
If we determine that the repair cannot be continued, the applicable repair fee will be refunded in full based on the original estimate.

Warranty coverage is limited strictly to the 3 items listed above. Damage caused by customer negligence, external impact, or third-party repair intervention is not covered under this warranty.
Data Recovery — Refund Policy
Applies to all diagnostic and recovery stages
This section defines when charges apply and when refunds are issued for our data recovery service. For full service details and the recovery process, please visit our Data Recovery Service page.
If recovery is unsuccessful, no charge will be made. If recovery remains impossible after completing all stages, the total fee is ¥0. If payment has not yet been made, no invoice will be issued.
In cases where another company has declared recovery impossible, or where the success probability has been confirmed as low at the time of reception, a limited initial fee may apply if the client still wishes to proceed. In all such cases, full details will be explained and agreed upon with the client before any work begins.
Recovery success rates vary depending on the condition and level of damage to the storage media. A full risk assessment and written estimate are always provided before work commences.
Diagnosis Fee Policy

A diagnosis fee is mandatory for all service requests. This fee reflects the professional time, specialist expertise, and equipment committed to assessing your device — regardless of whether the repair or recovery ultimately proceeds.

Diagnosis is free if we are unable to repair or recover your device. If our technicians exhaust all available options and are unable to resolve your request, the diagnosis fee is waived entirely — ¥0. No result, no charge.
Cancellation after diagnosis is confirmed: If our assessment confirms that the device is repairable or the data is recoverable, but the client chooses to cancel before proceeding, the full diagnosis fee remains payable. The applicable fee is determined by the service tier selected at the time of booking — Standard (¥9,500) or Urgent (¥19,500) — plus tax. This charge reflects the professional work already completed on your behalf.
In exceptional cases — such as severely damaged devices with a low probability of recovery — full details will always be clearly communicated and agreed upon at reception before any work or charges are applied.
